Design Services

MiMi Designs Inc. is a full service interior design firm that executes and installs so clients have a seamless project.  By supervising all the project trades, MiMi's clients are assured of a positive design experience.  Design services are contracted on a retainer basis and an initial design fee is required to begin.

Every project begins with a site evaluation and an extensive dialogue with clients to understand their vision, the scope of the project and to discuss a budget.  Based on clients' input, the design and arrangement of the spaces and rooms are then created.  Furnishings are indicated on floor plans and elevations are drawn.

During the presentation, the designer presents the concepts developed and provides an estimate for this phase of the project.  Revisions can be made after this meeting.  Then color plans and lighting plans are prepared followed by the selection of fabric samples, furnishings and materials.

During the second presentation, the designer presents room designs with all supporting materials.  Upon clients' approval, purchases are made and/or fabrication begins.
